You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Small and medium-sized products are shipped within 1-5 business days using one of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Large pieces of furniture are shipped by freight. Handling time is 7-10 business days.
We do ship all over the world. However, note that there are restrictions on certain products (the mother of pearl, camel bone, coral, etc.) and so some items cannot be shipped to international destinations.
